Semi-detached family homes

Windfall development sites are all around us. This site is located within a residential area where there is an established presumption in favour of development by the Local Authority.

It was also an opportunity to design a really wonderful pair of houses where living accommodation was at 1^st floor to enable sea views from the south facing balcony.
