Barn Conversion and New Houses
An exclusive development of four new build houses and a barn conversion into two houses. The site lies between a Conservation Area and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The design concept was to maintain the historic character of the former farmyard by grouping the buildings around a ‘shared space’ encouraging a sense of community within the development.
Highly commended by the Sussex Heritage Awards.
