James Breckell : Architect (JB:A) is committed to protecting your personal information and being clear and transparent about what information is collected, and why. I maintain strict customer confidentiality and aim to comply with GDPR. I may collect information voluntarily provided to me via this portfolio website, Instagram, LinkedIn, or via contact and order forms. I may utilize this information to keep you informed of my services. Purposes for collection of your personal information may include (but is not limited to) billing and customer service issues.

I do not sell, or share your personal information with any other companies without your informed consent (except as required by law).

Data Protection

All information you provide to me is stored in the UK or EU, using a range of data security measures such as two-factor authentication and fingerprint ID. Anonymised data may also pass through the US.

I also use the Stackpath Content Delivery Network (CDN). Stackpath may store web log information of site visitors, including IPs, UA, referrer, Location and ISP info of site visitors for 7 days. Files and images served by the CDN may be stored and served from countries other than your own. Stackpath’s privacy policy can be found here.

A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that are stored on your browser or the hard drive of your computer if you agree. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive.

This website uses cookies to distinguish you from other visitors. This helps to provide you with a good experience and also informs website usability improvements. I do not share the information gathered using cookies with anyone else. I assume that you have no objections to my use of cookies in this way.

If you visit our login page, I will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. If you log in, I will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
